How the trade-in works
Choose your next car, enter your current one
First you choose your next car from our stock. Then you enter your current car: photograph the vehicle registration document or type in the details, add mileage and condition, and state your price expectation. Photos are optional but make the estimate more accurate.
Get an estimate, have your car inspected
We check your details and usually get back to you within 24 hours with a non-binding estimate. We then arrange an appointment and you bring the car to us in Wohlen. Only after this inspection is the final value set.
Credit the value, change cars
We confirm the trade-in value in writing and credit it when you buy or lease. The condition of your car at handover is what counts.

- No. We do not offer a pure car purchase. We only take your car if you buy or lease another vehicle from us.
- How is the value credited?
- When you buy, we deduct the trade-in value from the purchase price. When you lease, we credit it as your down payment. Either way, we confirm the value in writing.
- Is the estimate binding?
- No. The estimate is non-binding, based on your details and does not replace an inspection. We set the final value after the inspection. The condition at handover is what counts. If your details differ significantly, we may adjust the trade-in price or withdraw from the contract.
- How quickly will I get an answer?
- Usually within 24 hours. You then receive our non-binding estimate.
- What do I need for the request?
- The quickest way is a photo of the vehicle registration document, but you can also type in the details. You also add the mileage, condition, service history, number of keys and your price expectation. For the inspection, you come to us in Wohlen with the car and the vehicle registration document.
- Does it work with a running lease or loan?
- Mention it in the notes of your request and we will clarify it with you personally. At handover the car must belong to you and be free of leasing, liens and debt enforcement.
- Do you take every car?
- No. We check each vehicle individually and may decline a request. State known damage and accidents in your request and you will get an honest answer.
- Trade in or sell privately?
- Privately, you set the price and terms yourself and may get more, depending on the car. In return you handle the listing, viewings and negotiations. A trade-in removes all that, and the value goes straight into your purchase. The estimate is non-binding, so you can compare at your own pace.
